Visa support letter
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will provide visa support to the companies and organizations registered as the Exhibitor. For visa support, the Exhibitor should apply to the Organizing Committee using the pre-approved letter format. The letter must be presented on a company's letter-head and signed by the senior management. The Exhibitor should apply not later than 30 days before the opening of exhibition.
The participating organizations are required to submit to the Organizing Committee brief profile of the organization, both in English and Russian (no more than 100 words). This profile will be included in the Official Catalogue. Advertisers, please provide the advertising materials in the electronic format, on CD-R, format TIFF, resolution 400 T/D, color model CMYK. All the information must be submitted no later than 30 days before the opening of the Exhibition.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan provides the participants support in custom clearance of exhibits, cargos, goods and dispensable advertising material shipped to Turkmenistan. The Participant should send to the Organizing Committee a letter requesting assistance in clearing of goods. The letter must be presented on a company's letter-head and signed by a senior management. Please attach a copy of shipment invoice and cargo specifications to the letter. If the exhibits, equipment or consumable advertising material are accompanied by the authorized person of the company, please provide the exhibition organizers with the details of the person: name, position, passport details, date of arrival, and flight number. |
